Welcome to Connect Fitness!  My name is Alison Warnock and I have been teaching group fitness since 2014!!  Here I run fitness classes brought to you straight from my home in Cochrane, Alberta!  Both live over zoom or pre-recorded to take when you can fit them in.

Update January 2025:

I am returning to a full class schedule following an injury in August 2024.  Please check out the online schedule for classes through Connect Fitness.  There are also Recorded Programing only options now too! 

Looking for in person classes?  You can find me at The Bearspaw Lifestyle Centre for Zumba on Mondays & Fridays at 9:15am.  Sign up through their website Home | BCA.   I will also be at the Seniors on the Bow Centre in Cochrane for Zumba Gold-Toning Mondays @ 11:00am, and Zoomer Zone Thursdays @ 9:15am.  If you are a member of the Calgary Winter Club you can also catch me for Aqua Zumba on Fridays @ 11am starting back up in January as well.
