Welcome to Connect Fitness!  My name is Alison Warnock and I have been teaching group fitness since 2014!!  Here I run fitness classes brought to you straight from my home in Cochrane, Alberta!  Both live over zoom or pre-recorded to take when you can fit them in.

I will be running six online classes a week for September - December 2025.  Please check out the online schedule for classes times.  There are also Recorded Programing only options now too! 

Looking for in person classes?  You can find me at  The Seniors on the Bow Centre in Cochrane for Zumba Gold-Toning Mondays @ 11:00am, and Zoomer Zone Thursdays @ 9:15am.  If you are a member of the Calgary Winter Club you can also catch me for Aqua Zumba on Fridays @ 1:15pm and Forever Fit: Cardio, Strength and Stretch at 9:15am on Wednesdays. 

Starting in September 2025 you will be able to do online Personal Training and Lifestyle Coaching with me!  There are now 4 session available for booking on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting September 23rd.  Please "purchase" and book a free consultation first for us to discuss your goals!
