Welcome to Connect Fitness!  My name is Alison Warnock and I have been teaching group fitness since 2014!!  Here I run fitness classes brought to you straight from my home in Cochrane, Alberta!  Both live over zoom or pre-recorded to take when you can fit them in.

Update March 2026:

I will be running six online classes a week. Zumba, Zumba Toning, Total Body Conditioning and Heavy Bag.   Please check out the online schedule for class times.  

Passes are available for Unlimited, Live classes only or Pre-Recorded Programing only options! 

Looking for in person classes?  You can find me at The Seniors on the Bow Centre in Cochrane for Dance Fitness Mondays @ 11:00am, and Zoomer Zone (Strength & Conditioning Class) Thursdays @ 9:15am.  I am also teaching Zumba Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm at Bearspaw Lifestyle Centre.  Sign up through their website!

There are a few free recorded classes available for logged in customers who do not have access to the Content Library.  Please try them out!
