Welcome to Connect Fitness!  My name is Alison Warnock and I have been teaching group fitness since 2014!!  Here I run fitness classes brought to you straight from my home in Cochrane, Alberta!  Both live over zoom or pre-recorded to take when you can fit them in.

Want to see me in person?  November/December in person classes are at SOTB on Thursday @ 9:15am for Zoomer Zone.  In January 2025 I will be teaching Zumba on Mondays & Fridays @ 9:15am at the Bearspaw Lifestyle Centre.  Also back in 2025 will be Zumba Gold Toning on Mondays @ 11am and Zoomer Zone on Thursdays @ 9:15am; both at the Seniors on the Bow Centre in Cochrane.  If you are a member of the Calgary Winter Club you can also catch me for Aqua Zumba on Fridays @ 11am starting back up in January as well.  Coming soon: Personal Training sessions with me!
