Welcome to Connect Fitness!  My name is Alison Warnock and I have been teaching group fitness since 2014!!  Here I run fitness classes brought to you straight from my home in Cochrane, Alberta!  Both live over zoom or pre-recorded to take when you can fit them in.

I will be running six online classes a week. Zumba, Zumba Toning, Total Body Conditioning and Heavy Bag.   Please check out the online schedule for class times.  

Passes are available for Unlimited, Live classes only or Recorded Programing only options! 

Looking for in person classes?  You can find me at The Seniors on the Bow Centre in Cochrane for Dance Fitness Mondays @ 11:00am, and Zoomer Zone (Strength & Conditioning Class) Thursdays @ 9:15am.  

Starting in September 2025 you are able to do online Personal Training and Lifestyle Coaching with me!  There are now 4 sessions available for booking on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting September 23rd.  Please "purchase" and book a free consultation first for us to discuss your goals!
