Personal Training sessions are great to focus in on what you need!  One-on-one personalized sessions for your personal goals.  Session will run over Zoom where you work in your own space and I guide you through visual and verbal cues.  These session can also be used to create and review your in the gym plan.  We would work together to create a plan, and then you would record yourself workout and we would review your form and other details together using the recording. 

Before signing up for a set of sessions we will have a free consultation to talk about you and your goals.  This will also give us a chance to get to know each other better! Sessions can be booked and/or cancelled up to 12 hours before the session time.
