Welcome to Connect Fitness!  My name is Alison Warnock and I have been teaching group fitness since 2014!!  Here I run fitness classes brought to you straight from my home in Cochrane, Alberta!  Both live over zoom or pre-recorded to take when you can fit them in.

Alison can also be found at the Seniors on The Bow Centre in Cochrane starting again in September 2022. Starting in September 2023 we are running Zumba Gold-Toning on Mondays at 11:00am, which is a low impact version of Zumba that uses light weights on some songs for a toning effect.  Also, Zoomer Zone is back on Thursdays at 9:15am!  This class is a strength and conditioning class, with each week being different from the one before to keep you guessing!  Please check out https://www.cochrane.ca/257/Seniors-on-the-Bow-Centre for more information on all the programing.
